The result of cleaning is influenced by FOUR harmonised inter dependent factors.
If one factor is decreased, it must compensate for the loss by increasing one or more of the other factors to attain good cleaning results.

Factor 1 : Chemical Action : Represents the action of detergent to effectively loosen the dirt accumulation . Right dilution of detergent is essential as some detergents are strong Acedic / Alkaline based.

Factor 2 : Action Mechanics : Action brought by scrubbing / rubbing / agitation on accumulated dirt or pressure of water Jet in case of High Pressure Washers.

Factor 3 : Action Temperature : Heated water supports better cleaning action. Only at 55 °C or above fats can be effectively removed and germs killed.

Factor 4 : Time for Action : During the operation the action time is combined with Chemical Action. Both more or less reaction time for detergents to act can be bring issues so right time is for chemical action is necessary. This depends on the surface to be cleaned and the nature of the soiling.
